WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept the following 2 main payment methods:

Tobuyy primarily uses PayPal to process secure payments. Through PayPal, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover.

● Secure Credit Card Payment

We also accept Credit Card payment using Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

We also support Apple Pay and Google Pay at checkout.

WHICH CURRENCY WILL I BE CHARGED IN?

All of our transactions are based in USD. If your credit or debit card uses another currency, your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency you choose depending on the website you are on.

DO YOU OFFER 3 OR 4 TIMES PAYMENT OPTION?

We accept 3 times payment. You will be able to choose that option at checkout.

HOW DO I CHANGE/MODIFY MY ORDER?

If you notice a mistake after receiving an order confirmation email, please contact us at service@tobuyy.com. We can help modify your order before shipment. Once your package is shipped, we will not be able to change it.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL?

If you have not received a confirmation email, you may have entered your email incorrectly or the email may be in your spam folder. You may log into your account to see your orders, or contact us for more information.
