Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return it to us under the terms below.

RETURNS

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must submit your return request within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (i.e., from the date of delivery/signing). The product must be in the same condition as received, unused, and undamaged. Once we receive your request, we will normally complete the review within 3 business days. If approved, you must ship the item back within 14 calendar days of the approval date.

RETURN PROCESS

Submit your return or refund request to service@tobuyy.com within 30 calendar days of receiving your order. We will review and normally provide a decision within 3 business days. If approved, we will provide the return address and, where applicable, return instructions. Securely pack the item in its original packaging with proof of purchase, and ship it within 14 calendar days of approval. Please use the return address provided by service@tobuyy.com.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Returns due to customer preference or other reasons not caused by our error: you are responsible for the return shipping cost. You may choose the carrier and service, and pay the applicable cost directly. We will not deduct the same return shipping cost from your refund if you have already paid it.

Returns due to our error (damaged, defective, incorrect, or improperly fulfilled): please contact service@tobuyy.com before returning. Where applicable, we will provide a return shipping label at no cost to you.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will initiate your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method; please allow approximately 5–10 business days for the funds to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or otherwise required by applicable law. We will notify you by email once the refund is initiated.

REFUNDS WITHOUT A RETURN

In some cases we may determine a return is not required. If we confirm in writing that no return is required, the 5-business-day refund processing begins on that date.

ORDER CANCELLATION

You may request to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Orders are usually processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible and the order becomes subject to the return policy.

RETURN ADDRESS

If your return is approved, we will provide the return address and, where applicable, return instructions or a return shipping label. Please do not send your return to the sender's address shown on the original package. Please use the return address provided by service@tobuyy.com.
